The General Meeting of Shareholders was held on Tuesday, 21th of April 2009 in the Hallenstadion, Zurich-Oerlikon. All shareholders whose shares had been entered in the Share Register with voting rights by 4 p.m. on 17 April 2009 were entitled to vote at the General Meeting.
