| KPMG AG have served as the statutory auditors of Swisscom Ltd since 1 January 2008. The statutory auditors are appointed annually by the Annual General Meeting. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee is responsible for the supervisory and controlling instruments for evaluating the external auditors and evaluates them on an annual basis. It also has to approve in advance all mandates for additional audit and audit-related work and other services.
