Free rental of mobile phones and Mobile Unlimited USB sticks

Here’s how it works :

1.  Fill in agreement form
Fill in all the required information in the contract (document in german) and send it to the address indicated.

2.  No need for panic! Wait for confirmation
Once we have received the agreement, we will notify you whether a mobile is available on the requested date. In most cases, we will get back to you within 24 hours (if sent by post: four days).

3.  The mobile phones are on the way...
We generally send the phones by registered post to arrive two days before the requested loan date.

4.  Using the phones

• Calls between phones are free. Text messages, MMS and calls to outside numbers are free up to CHF 20.
• Value-added services (090x numbers) are blocked.
• Support: 0800 800 800
  
• Use of the Internet connection for Unlimited USB sticks is free of charge, even if you surf via Swisscom's mobile network.
  

5.  The pleasure of giving back: Returning the phones
You are requested to return the phones clean and in good condition. This applies to both the phone itself and the settings.

6.  What does it cost? Billing
The phones are provided to you free of charge. The conditions of the Contract (document in german) shall apply here.
