Have you set up your smartphone as your personal hotspot? If so, always remember to protect it with a password to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. Should you nevertheless wish to share your hotspot with other people, deactivate the automatic Swisscom login beforehand. In this way, you ensure that third parties cannot view any of your personal data. Instructions for this can be found in the My Swisscom app under the heading Help, or at www.swisscom.ch/login-deactivate.
