A phishing e-mail is currently in circulation requesting Swisscom customers to settle an unpaid bill. The fake e-mail sender is named: “contact,center@bill,swisscom,com”. The e-mail is sent with the subject “Swisscom Rechnung Mai 2013”. The link in the e-mail will take you to the "http;//eeg-ua,com/ch,php" web page.

Do not click this click. Delete the e-mail. Under no circumstances should you reply to the e-mail, make a payment or divulge any personal information. 1. If you have already entered your access data, you must change it immediately. 2. If you have entered your credit card details, you need to contact your financial service provider as soon as possible. 3. If you have mistakenly initiated a payment to Swisscom, you will be reimbursed for the amount.

The link in the e-mail will take you to the "http/sw57858886840,pandaform,com/pub/wnfvp6/new" web page.

Do not click any of the links in the e-mail. Delete the e-mail immediately. Under no circumstances should you reply to the e-mail or divulge any personal information. If you have already entered your access data, you must change it immediately in the Customer Center (www.swisscom.ch/login) or in webmail (www.bluewin.ch > E-mail).
