Swisscom attaches great importance to corporate governance. Clear divisions of authority and open and transparent communication are basic business principles. For this reason, Swisscom offers all employees the opportunity to raise any concerns they may have about possible malpractices relating to external reporting, the financial reporting internal control system or the auditing of the annual accounts to the Audit Committee using an anonymous form provided for this purpose. Where malpractice is shown to have occurred, the Audit Committee will initiate appropriate measures. The form is available on the intranet and can be accessed anytime and from any location.

All concerns or complaints reported will be treated in strictest confidence. The Audit Committee recommends that all persons submitting a concern or complaint should also include their contact details in order to facilitate the handling process. This information is not, however, compulsory.

Under no circumstances will Swisscom tolerate retaliatory measures or discrimination against employees who submit complaints with honest intentions.
