Under the terms of the framework of the agreement with the cantons and the individual sponsorship agreements with schools, the relevant cantonal coordination unit is responsible for all technical problems.
While the coordination units are able to deal with the majority of technical queries themselves, they pass on more complex cases to Swisscom.
