Disposal of Minick Holding AG
On 1 September 2008 Swisscom sold all of its shares in Minick Holding AG to German-based Net Mobile AG. The purchase price was paid in the form of shares in Net Mobile AG. The disposal resulted in a goodwill impairment of CHF 7 million.
 

Sale of Accarda AG to Maus Frères Holding AG
Swisscom sold its subsidiary Accarda AG to Maus Frères Holding AG, Geneva on  2 July 2007. Accarda is the leading provider of services in the field of customer cards and customer loyalty solutions. The subsidiaries Billag and Medipa as well as the collection division remain with Swisscom.

100% sale of Antenna Hungaria to TDF S.A.
Swisscom agreed the sale of Antenna Hungária with the French TDF on 8 May 2007 at a price of CHF 540 million. After buying Antenna Hungária for CHF 392 million in 2005, Swisscom further developed the company before successfully selling it because further broadcasting companies in central and eastern Europe could not be purchased as originally planned.

Sale of debitel
On 30 April 2004, Swisscom sold its stake in the network-independent mobile phone company debitel to investment funds advised by private equity company Permira. The selling price for 95% of debitel's shares was EUR 640 million (equity value).

Sale of a 17.7% stake in Infonet Services Corporation
Swisscom sold its stake in Infonet Services Corporation (ISC) to British Telecommunications PLC (BT) on 8 November 2004. The proceeds from the sale of this stake came to around USD 170 million.

Sale of an indirect stake of 27% in Cesky Telecom
Telsource NV, Swisscom’s joint venture with KPN, sold its 27% minority stake in Cesky Telecom on 5 December 2003. The proceeds came to around CHF 500 million.
