The Swisscom Innovation Award is presented every year for an outstanding thesis written by students of Swiss or foreign nationality. Applicants must have completed a course of study at a swiss university.

 

The Swisscom Innovation Award is conferred every year in the summer at the annual ICTnet Science Day. The winners play an active part in the award ceremony, so are required to be present on the day. They present their theses and are available to answer questions from the audience.

 

The prize money is paid to the winners by order of the director of ICTnet. In the case of team efforts, the prize money is divided amongst the members of the team. The jury's decision is final.
