The award-winners certify that the publication of their dissertations by Swisscom will not infringe the rights of any third parties.
Swisscom is indemnified of any claims by third parties.
Submitted material is not returned to the applicants.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or the decision of the jury. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
Swisscom reserves the right to make alterations to the selection process before the next call for applications.
