Swisscom - About Swisscom - Selection and jury

To participate, register on www.ictnet.ch/swisscom-innovationspreis and attach a short description of your thesis to your application. Maximum length: 3,500 characters. Explain the topic and idea of the thesis and discuss, in particular, the practical benefit of implementation.

A team of experts reviews all applications, verifies that they meet the requirement criteria and draws up a shortlist. The three most promising theses go on to the final round of selection. The respective authors are invited to submit full versions of their theses. They present them to the jury and another group of selected individuals. The jury then decides who should receive the Swisscom Innovation Award.

The jury is composed of five members of ICTnet's scientific committee and representatives of Swisscom. The members of Swisscom Labs also have a consolidated vote. The jury members are recognised experts in information technology and telecommunications. They have the necessary professional background to make a final decision on the short-listed theses and to reach a fair judgement.
