Swisscom’s Trainee Programme is called GET IN TOUCH. It’s geared towards ambitious individuals who have finished their degrees or who will do so in the near future. The clearly structured range of training programmes not only provides you with insight into the various areas of Swisscom, it can also help you find out what would be best for you. During a twelve-month period you will prepare yourself for your professional future in a consistent, hands-on manner – which includes project work, workshops and the processing of real case studies together with other trainee colleagues. A mentor will accompany you throughout the programme and help you to progress.
