Swisscom Participations manages a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the activities of which are mainly related to or support Swisscom's core business. The task of the management team is to identify and tap into potential for growth in business areas related to the Group's core business. Its main responsibilities are the acquisition and integration of companies, managing them strategically and financially, and further developing the participation portfolio.

  

The current participation portfolio includes 9 companies, which operate in different fields of business:

• Construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructures: Cablex Ltd, Swisscom Broadcast Ltd and Swisscom Real Estate Ltd.
• Receivables management and debt collection services: Alphapay Ltd, Curabill Ltd
• Mobile device management and payment solutions: Sicap Ltd
• Health: Evita Ltd, Medgate Ltd (40% participation)
