Throughout the Group, Swisscom applies a stringent, well-proven methodical management approach for dealing with relevant issues. This approach includes requirement analysis, target setting, planning, implementation and evaluation, and employs tried and tested management systems which are externally audited on an annual basis and comply with the following ISO standards: quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), information security management (ISO 27001) and the process assessment standard (ISO 15504). In 2006, Swisscom applied ISO 15504 for the first time globally to its base stations for mobile communications in order to comply with the NIR limits as stipulated by the ONIR.
