The courses on Swisscom Help Point open a door to everyone who hasn't grown up with mobile phones and Internet. Participants learn, for example, how to send text messages and photos with a mobile phone or how to shop, pay bills or process digital photos on the Internet. More than 181,000 people have already done a course. Courses last two hours and cost CHF 30.
Courses throughout Switzerland
The Help Point courses are held in five different course locations: Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne and Zurich. Training buses also travel throughout Switzerland offering courses in over 75 towns and villages.
