Our international Customer Support answers their calls 24/7 through our toll-free number 00 800 38 767 768 (Europe including Turkey, from a landline) and 1-866-411-4742 (North America), respectively. For mobile phone users, our call center can be reached via country-specific numbers.

 

Swisscom Customer Support is multilingual, servicing your guests in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish and Dutch. Between midnight and 8 am CET (Central European Time), Swisscom Customer Support is available in English only.

 

Hotelier helpdesk

 

Our hotline is complemented by a specialized hospitality services helpdesk that deals with hotelier concerns as well as technically more complex requests. Staffed by highly trained Swisscom technicians, service requests from our partner hotels are routed directly to this specialized helpdesk.
