• Enter the location at which the problem occurred, either via GPS or manually using the map/keyboard. 

• Add further information to the report if necessary. 

• Click on “Send”. Data is transferred automatically when the app is open and you have an Internet connection.

• You can view your submitted reports at any time under the “My Reports” tab and have them shown on the map.

Please note that it is very important to be as precise as possible in your submissions so that your reports can be evaluated.

With Swisscom, you are using the best network to surf the Internet and make telephone calls. However, even the best network has some small coverage gaps. You can use this app to help us find them. The more users who provide feedback regarding a specific location, the easier it is for us to identify weaknesses in the network, thereby enabling us to implement measures to improve the situation.

Various factors are, however, decisive in relation to optimising a location (e.g. topography, building and environmental regulations and other legal stipulations), which means we are unfortunately unable to tell you if and when we will be able to improve your surf and telephone experience at this location.
