The NATEL® Login

The NATEL® Login

NATEL® Login is an alternative to the Swisscom Login (with user name and password). You can use it for all the Swisscom services which explicitly offer NATEL® Login on their login pages (such as Customer Centre, Xtra-Zone). When you enter your NATEL® number, an SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone. You then need to enter this code into the login page of your Internet browser.

 

NATEL® Login consists of a NATEL® number and a single-use SMS code which is sent afresh for each login. It gives you access to:

 

  • Mobile Internet services, such as Swisscom TV air, Customer Centre.
  •  If your mobile phone is connected to the mobile network and uses such a service, it will automatically log in with its SIM card. You can deactivate this automatic SIM-login the Customer Centre.
  • Internet services that explicitly offer NATEL® Login on their login pages (at the moment this includes Swisscom TV air, Shopping Basket, Customer Centre).


Using the NATEL® Login

Log in to the customer centreFor your NATEL® Login, you can enter the NATEL® number of the device you are holding. For security reasons, Swisscom will send you an SMS code for this Login to this number. You will then need to enter this SMS code in the login area of your Internet browser under “Enter SMS code”. Swisscom currently supports two NATEL® phone numbers as NATEL® Login:

  • One as login for your mobile phone, which you usually carry with you at all times (standard).
  • One for a supplementary device, e.g. your iPad.

 

Log in to the customer centre


Note
For unrestricted use of NATEL® Login, you need to register your NATEL® telephone number as your NATEL® Login in the Customer Centre. To do this, you need to log in to the Customer Centre with your Swisscom Login and then register your chosen phone number as your NATEL® Login (under "Logins and Passwords").

 

Additional information

Any valid number can be entered as a NATEL® number. You do not have to be a contract holder.
