Mislaid payment information

If you have mislaid your payment information, you can always find it in the customer centre.

Payment methods

Direct debit and Debit Direct.

The direct debit option of banks or Debit Direct offered by PostFinance will automatically debit the amount to be paid from your account on the due date. Once it is set up, you will never again miss a payment deadline.
