Difference to “Unknown caller”

“Anonymous” is not the same as “Unknown caller”. The latter is the case if the Swisscom exchange does not recognise a caller (for example, for some international calls or calls made over the Internet). These “Unknown callers” can not be suppressed via Service 99 (rejection).

Costs

The additional service “Reject anonymous callers” is free of charge.
