You pay a one-off fee of CHF 12.- and can make virtually unlimited phone calls to the Swiss fixed network for an entire year.
Each call will cost you only CHF 0.20. If your chat lasts longer than an hour, you only pay CHF 0.20 for each additional hour.
The chat subscription applies to the Swiss fixed network – each evening from 7 pm to 7 am and around the clock at the weekend and on public holidays*.
Please note:
The minimum contract term for the chat subscription is 12 months.
The monthly cost for the telephone line remains unchanged.
The chat subscription cannot be combined with Vivo Casa packages.
* Public holidays are 1 and 2 January, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, 1 August as well as 25 and 26 December.
