Do you have a Swisscom connection but use another telephone provider using a dialling code (Carrier Preselection Code)?
You need to do the following to switch:
1. Check your notice periods
If you currently use the telephone services of another provider, check the notice periods for your existing contracts. You can then find the best date to activate Swisscom.
2. Switch to Swisscom
Fill in the PDF form, sign it and send to the following address:

3. Cancel existing contracts
Cancel your existing contracts with your fixed network provider in good time.
