Activating call forwarding with Swisscom

Forward your calls (Services 21 / 61 / 67)

During temporary absences, you can forward all your incoming calls or faxes to another fixed network or mobile phone number. Here you have several options. You can also forward your calls permanently.


Your temporary forwarding options

  • Directly: Your calls are forwarded immediately.
  • If no answer: Your calls will be forwarded after 25 seconds (approximately 5 call signs).
  • If busy: Your calls will be forwarded if the line is busy.


Setting up temporary call forwarding

Directly:

  1. Pick up the receiver.
  2. Press the * key.
  3. Enter 21 and the destination number.
  4. Press the # key.
  5. Wait for the activation confirmation.
  6. Put down the receiver. Call forwarding has been set up.

If no answer:

  1. Pick up the receiver.
  2. Press the * key.
  3. Enter 61 and the destination number.
  4. Press the # key.
  5. Wait for the activation confirmation.
  6. Put down the receiver. Call forwarding has been set up.

If busy:

  1. Pick up the receiver.
  2. Press the * key.
  3. Enter 67 and the destination number.
  4. Press the # key.
  5. Wait for the activation confirmation.
  6. Put down the receiver. Call forwarding has been set up.

Deactivating call forwarding

  1. Pick up the receiver.
  2. Press the # key.
  3. Enter 21 or 61 or 67.
  4. Press the # key.
  5. Wait for the deactivation confirmation.
  6. Put down the receiver. Call forwarding has been deactivated.


Checking your call forwarding status

  1. Pick up the receiver.
  2. Press the * and # keys.
  3. Enter 21 or 61 or 67.
  4. Press the # key.
  5. Wait for the message to finish.
  6. Put down the receiver.


Forwarding your calls permanently

If you have telephone numbers in several locations, you can permanently forward them to a central number. To do so, call freephone number 0800 800 800.


Call forwarding charges

The caller only pays the charges to the number he has dialled. You will be billed for all charges incurred for forwarding although they will not appear on the charge indicator.
