A rented film is available for up to 48 hours. You can watch or interrupt it as often as you like within this period.

Yes, only Swisscom customers benefit from live sporting events and top films on demand (Video on demand) benefit, because they are billed via a Swisscom account (DSL or NATEL® bill).

Yes, customers with a prepaid mobile phone package can also use Swisscom TV air easy.
A Swisscom TV air subscription cannot be purchased via a prepaid offer. You require a DSL or mobile phone contract with Swisscom to purchase a Swisscom TV air subscription.
Please note that high costs for data transmission may be incurred with prepaid offers.

• Use your Swisscom Login to log onto the Swisscom TV online portal.
  
• Go to > TV > TV Guide.
  
• Select the > Channels in Web TV option in the menu. All channels available over Swisscom TV air are displayed.
• Click on the programme you wish to record.
• Select • REC to record the programme or series.

  As recording is only possible with Swisscom TV plus, the record function only works if you have Swisscom TV plus in addition to your Swisscom TV air subscription.
  
  Your recordings are stored in the Swisscom TV online portal under > My Recordings.
  
  On mobile phones or tablets recordings are stored in the "Swisscom TV" app. You cannot watch recordings on mobile phones or tablets.
  

Access to the contents (Live TV, Sport Live Events and Video on Demand) of TV air requires logging in via Swisscom Login or NATEL® Login. With each login, you can use the same contents on a maximum of one PC and one mobile device at the same time.

The availability of top films on demand is determined by the individual licensors. Certain films can be made available only for a specific time.

Swisscom TV air stores your recordings for 30 days in the Swisscom TV online portal or in your Swisscom TV app under > My Recordings.

Note

You can still watch recordings that can no longer be retrieved in the web on your TV set-top box. The recordings in question are marked "Only available on TV set-top box".

As recordings are only possible with Swisscom TV plus, the recording function also requires Swisscom TV plus.

Yes, this is possible on selected channels. To do so, simply click a programme that you’d like to watch that has already been broadcast on a channel marked Replay. You will then be asked to activate the replay function.

The replay function automatically records the last 30 hours on selected channels – you don’t have to do a thing. For example, you can restart a programme that has already started, enjoy last night’s programme or pause the current programme with Live Pause and continue watching it from that point later on.

You need a Swisscom TV air subscription (CHF 9.-/month) to use the replay function on your computer, mobile phone or tablet

Yes. You need an Android device or iPhone/iPad.

No. Please note that you can only watch past programmes that were broadcast after the replay function was activated for your Swisscom TV air.

Yes. Use the live pause function to pause a programme you are watching, for example, to take a phone call. You can the continue watching it from this point later on.

• Click on the Pause button in the TV Player.

Yes. As soon as you have rented a live sporting event, you can watch it both on your mobile phone and your computer.

Swisscom TV air easy subscribers are debited for the data transfer of the included data volume. One hour of viewing or recording requires approx. 250 MB of data.

Data transfer for viewing Live TV and recordings is free of charge for holders of a Swisscom TV air subscription (CHF 9.-/month).

Yes. For customers who do not have their mobile connection with Swisscom, data costs will be incurred for TV via 3G  (please inquire with relevant provider).

Swisscom offers you the option to send an SMS containing the word “Status” to 444. In response, you will receive the used data volume of the current month.

The Swisscom TV air subscription is already included in the Vivo Casa package. If you have already subscribed to this service on your mobile phone, we kindly request you to enter your mobile phone number in the Swisscom Customer Center. Swisscom TV air will then no longer appear on your mobile phone bill.
