Is the television picture jerky?

  • The speed of your DSL connection must be at least 1600 kbit/s.

Test your DSL connection with the speed check

  • Swisscom TV air cannot be used with DSL start and Dial up subscriptions.
  • Make sure that no other programs simultaneously accessing the Internet are active in the background (e.g. downloads, file sharing, etc.).
  • Use a network cable instead of a wireless Internet connection (not at full speed).
