Setting up your Swisscom Internet connection

Establishing an Internet connection

If you are using your Swisscom router for the first or second time, for example after moving house, we recommend you follow the instructions in the user guide that come with the device. If you have lost the user manual, you can download it at any time.

After you move house, please bear in mind the following

  • You can only set up your Internet connection on the device again once your new Swisscom telephone connection has been activated.
  • You can set up your Internet connection only for your own telephone connection.
  • So you cannot simply connect your router to a third-party connection.

You have a router from another provider
