The Swisscom Login is one of several passwords which you need to set up with Swisscom for security reasons. It is, however, the most important password, as it lets you access the customer centre where you can assign and manage all other passwords.
The Swisscom Login consists of a personal user name and a secret password.
Some of our services, such as the customer centre or My Swisscom App, use automatic login when you access them by mobile phone on the 3G network. This means that you don’t have to enter your data again each time you log in. If you set up a personal hotspot on your mobile phone and wish to share it with third parties, we recommend that you disable the automatic login. This will ensure that a third party cannot use the hotspot to access your customer data via My Swisscom App or the customer centre. You can find instructions here.
