• The costs of your Internet Security subscription will be debited monthly on your telephone bill. You do not need a credit card and will not have to renew your licence annually. You can cancel Internet Security at any time in the Swisscom Customer Center. Two months’ notice is required.
  
  
• You can conveniently manage your Internet Security subscription in the Swisscom Customer Center, and you can distribute the three or six licences as you wish among your PCs/Macs, and now you can also switch them over to your tablets or smartphones. Generally speaking, you will no longer have to type in a licence key when activating the software.
  
  
• You will benefit from a free hotline at Swisscom should you have any problems related to the installation or operation of your Internet Security software. With us, you don’t have to dial up any expensive service numbers abroad in order to get help.

Viruses, worms and spyware are dangerous and may be harmful. These pesky bugs can view your bank accounts or even make transactions, steal photos and misuse addresses, destroy important files and intrude on your privacy. They are difficult to remove once they are on your computer. Such scenarios can be avoided with an Internet Security subscription.

• An Internet Security subscription protects your computer, tablets and smartphones, as well as all of your saved data, against viruses, hackers and spyware.
• An Internet Security subscription includes both Internet Security software (for Windows and Mac computers) and Mobile Security software (for Android and Symbian devices, such as tablets and smartphones).
• Internet Security or Mobile Security protects your children against unsuitable content (Windows, Android, Symbian).
• Internet Security or Mobile Security protects you against dangerous and fraudulent websites (Windows, Android, Symbian).
• Internet Security is a monthly subscription that is charged to your Swisscom bill along with your Internet subscription.

• Or purchase an Internet Security subscription right now and Swisscom will give you the first month's fee.

The Internet Security subscription costs 6.90 a month and is valid on any three devices (computer, tablet, smartphone) with the specified operating systems. The subscription can also be expanded to include any six devices. If you order now, we will give you the first month's fee.

The period of cancellation is two months.

Internet Security was developed in collaboration with F-Secure, an award-winning software manufacturer. Independent testing organisation AV-Comparatives selected F-Secure's Internet Security 2013 as the "Product of the Year 2012".

Swisscom’s support staff will answer any questions you may have about the product, the subscription and your Internet access. Therefore, with Internet Security, you will receive all-round protection on which you can rely.

New functions are included in the new version of the Internet Security software for Windows:

• Launch Pad: desktop start-up platform with the applications
• Computer security with modern, behaviour-based virus detection
• Web security with individual web filter settings per user account
• My Subscription for subscription management

Internet Security for Mac continues to include proven virus and spyware protection with the emergency switch so that you can discontinue all Internet connections should you suspect your Mac is being accessed without authorisation.

The Internet Security subscription now also includes the option of equipping one or more devices (smartphone, tablet, TV box, etc.) that have an Android or Symbian operating system with Mobile Security software. You will find details about the individual Mobile Security components on the

• Complete protection. Protects your computer, tablet and smartphone against all types of malware, and it is always up-to-date and uses the latest technology in order to ensure your security. • Secure firewall. Windows version: Together with the Windows operating system firewall, it keeps undesired visits from the Internet at bay, and it protects you against hackers, for example. Mac version: Mac firewall status indicator. Surfing protection (Windows version). Automatically blocks dangerous websites so that you can enjoy a secure and easy surfing experience.
• Performance. Your device’s performance is limited only to a minimal extent. You will hardly notice that the programme is running in the background. That way you can focus entirely on your work or on your photos, music and films.
• Easy installation and use without any specialised knowledge. You don’t have to grapple with the inner workings of your device. Simply install it and you’re protected right away.

For the Internet Security subscription you will need to have an Internet subscription with Swisscom (DSL und NATEL®, Mobile Unlimited).

The Internet Security software has to be downloaded in the Swisscom Customer Center after the Internet Security subscription has been registered.
(Windows downloader: approx. 1 MB, Mac: approx. 22 MB). The software is not available on a CD.

The time needed for installation and activation may vary based on your Internet subscription.

After installing and activating the software, you will have to update it via the Internet. Further updates will be loaded automatically by Internet Security.

The Mobile Security software, licensed by an Internet Security subscription, also has to be downloaded from the Swisscom Customer Center after the Internet Security subscription has been registered. The Mobile Security software licence will be assigned by the Customer Center (either via SMS or manual entry). (Symbian: 1 MB, Android: 3.8MB).
