COMBOX® abroad. What you need to know.

You will incur high charges if someone leaves a message on your COMBOX® while you are abroad. This is because you have to pay for three international calls:

  1. For the call to your mobile phone because the caller is not charged for the international call to COMBOX®
  2. For transferring the call from abroad to Switzerland
  3. For your call to Switzerland to check the message

Tip
Forward all calls directly to your COMBOX® while you are abroad. This will save you the costs for the caller’s international calls and transferring the call from abroad to Switzerland. You will only have to pay the charges for calling your COMBOX®.

How to redirect all calls directly to your COMBOX®.

  1. Enter the key combination * * 21 * +41 86x (x is your 10-digit mobile phone number incl. dialling code). For example: * * 21 * +41 86 079 123 45 67 #.
  2. Press the Call button.

How to listen to your COMBOX® abroad.

  1. Call +41 79 499 79 79.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Enter your COMBOX® PIN.
