Log into the Customer Center, find your current NATEL® subscription and click “Switch”.

To switch via SMS simply send a text message with the appropriate keyword to 444.

Switch from Prepaid NATEL® easy to a subscription

Switch from Prepaid NATEL® easy to a subscription easily online.
Select a NATEL® subscription, click “Order” and select “Switch from Swisscom Prepaid
to a subscription”.

Or select a mobile phone and click “Order”. Then select “Switch from Swisscom Prepaid
to a subscription” and choose a NATEL® subscription.

Keep your existing mobile number and switch to Swisscom now.

Switch provider: You can do it simply online

Or visit a Swisscom Shop. All you need to switch is an official and valid form of ID.

If you switch providers prior to expiry of the contractual period you may be liable to pay charges. Ask your current provider for more information:

Change of number with Prepaid

Switch from another provider to Swisscom:

1. Buy a Swisscom Prepaid SIM card in a Swisscom Shop and request number porting at the same time. Please present a valid identification card (ID card, passport or residence permit) for the statutory registration.
   
   
2. Notify your existing provider via text message that the phone number is going to be transferred.
   To do so, send a free text message with YES to 499 using your existing SIM card.
   This SMS command is the same for all providers and is required for transferring the number.
   
   
3. You will then be informed via text message when porting has been completed. Porting a phone number takes at least 6 working days. Once the phone number has been transferred successfully, you can replace your previous SIM card with your Swisscom SIM card.
   
   
4. Please note that any remaining credit on the old SIM card will expire after porting. Only remaining credit from M-Budget Mobile can be transferred.

We will remind you before your cancellation period expires and we will be happy to take care of all the formalities for you.

You have to cancel your existing contract with your mobile phone provider at least two months  before it expires. We will send you a free no-ties reminder and will be pleased to take care of all the subsequent formalities for transferring your existing telephone number.
