Provided you have a post office account, you can simply top up your credit at any time by SMS – both in Switzerland and abroad. Here is the one-off registration NATEL® number required for PostFinance.

NATEL® easy customers over 18* can easily order a credit advancement: if you have to make an urgent call and notice that your Easy credit is less than CHF 10, we’ll help with a credit advancement.

Order an advancement of CHF 5.-

Send a free text stating ADVANCE to 444.

We will bill you for this advancement including a service charge of CHF 0.50 the next time you top up your credit.

Activate/deactivate service

This service is activated by default.

To activate:

Send a free SMS with START ADVANCE to 444.

To deactivate:

Send a free SMS with STOP ADVANCE to 444.

Deactivate/activate SMS alarm

If your credit drops below CHF 3.-, we will automatically notify you via SMS about the credit advancement option.

To deactivate:

Send a free SMS containing the words STOP ADVANCE SMS to 444.

To activate:

Send a free SMS containing the words START ADVANCE SMS to 444.

Query status

If you do not know whether the service is activated or deactivated it is possible to check the present status:

Send a free SMS with the words STATUS ADVANCE to 444.
