Do you need assistance with setting up your computer or configuring a printer? The Swisscom Amico experts take care of your requirements competently and reliably, either over the phone or directly in your own home.
You pay a subscription fee of CHF 49.- and Swisscom will provide support services to you at a fixed price for a year.
Of course, our Amico experts will also be happy to support you over the phone without a subscription.
If our Amico experts cannot process your request over the phone, or if you prefer to have someone directly on site, they will also be happy to come to your home.
