The Offer

  • New customer subscription registration. Customers with an existing subscription can use existing information (including e-mail addresses).
  • Setting up an e-mail address in an e-mail program (Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express).
  • Installation of Quick Help, Swisscom's support software.
  • Installing wireless Internet access on request.
