When choosing online billing, you can access the Customer Centre at all times to view your currently accumulated costs and which bills are still outstanding or have already been paid. That means you are in control of your costs for your fixed network, Internet, Swisscom TV and NATEL® at all times.

Easier, more convenient and more up-to-date.

When you choose online billing, you will receive an e-mail with your bill in PDF format and all necessary payment information. Your bills for mobile communications, fixed network, Internet and TV will be stored as PDFs in the Customer Centre and can be accessed with just one click. There you will see at one glance which bills have already been paid and which ones are still outstanding. You can also check the current costs accumulated at any time. You can conveniently pay your bill by direct debit or via e-banking.

How can I receive my bills online?

Online billing can be conveniently set up in the Customer Centre with just a few clicks. For your NATEL® subscription as well as your fixed network connection, Internet and Swisscom TV.

With the paperless bill, you can now control your costs at any time and save several sheets of paper each month. If all our customers choose online billing, we will save a more than 8000 metre tall paper mountain each year.
