What is the Swisscom Login?

The Swisscom login is the key to the use of your Swisscom services. The Swisscom login consists of a personal user name and a secret password.

The Swisscom login gives you access to:

Fixed network bill online
(Keep an eye on your current costs and pay immediately online)

Swisscom Customer Centre
(e.g. to set up a new e-mail address or to give notification of a change of address)

Other services
(SMS Box, TV Guide, HomepageTool, Webhosting, Stock Exchange Portfolio & Watchstock, etc.)

After you have set up your login you will in some cases be sent an activation code by post. You will need to enter this activation code the first time you use your Swisscom login.

Please note

For security reasons the Swisscom login is not valid for some services, in particular:

  • Internet connection (this login is saved in the DSL modem (router)
  • E-mail programme on your computer (e.g. Windows Mail or Outlook) or on your mobile
  • Other services where the password is saved
