Changing Internet access

You already get your Internet access through Swisscom and would now like to change your subscription in order to adjust your access speed. You can do this whenever you like in the Customer Center.

Preparation

Before switching over to a higher speed of Internet access, check which speeds your phone line can support.

Possibilities

You can upgrade to higher-speed Internet access in the Customer Center at any time. You will need your Swisscom Login to be able to do this.

NB

If you switch immediately to a slower Internet connection, you may incur fees if you are still bound by a minimum period of contract. You will be informed of this when you place your order.
