Are you moving? Please inform us of your new address a few weeks before you move so that your connection at your new location functions from the very beginning.

We need the following information from you to help make the transfer of your connection problem-free:
- What is your new address?
- When should the telephone line start working at the new location?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to activate a line on weekends and public holidays.
- Who was the previous tenant/owner at your new address?
Background: Several telephone lines are present at most addresses. If you inform us of the previous tenant/owner, we know on which telephone line your new connection is to be activated. If you do not know the name of the previous tenant, we need the name of the landlord or the facility management company.
- Are you moving into a new building? If so, what is the plot number?
- Are you the first tenant in a new apartment? If so, what is the name of a neighbour in the same building?
When you have all this information, you can notify us of your move online in the Customer Centre or by telephone on freephone number 0800 800 800.

Charges for the transfer are CHF 43.-.
Background: During a transfer, entries must be adapted in various technical systems. In addition, a technician must set up a connection in the local telephone exchange.
