Switching to Swisscom

Would you like to switch to Swisscom from another fixed-network provider? Doing this couldn't be easier. As a Swisscom customer you are able to benefit from our extensive range of services.

Preparations

To welcome you as a new customer, we will require the following information:

  • What is the name of your existing telecommunications provider?
  • What is the Carrier Selection Code (CSC)?
  • What type of connection do you have at present? EconomyLINE (one number), MultiLINE (more than one number) or BusinessLINE (business connection with more than one number)?

Switching to Swisscom

You can arrange to make the switch immediately online. Complete the form below. However, we also require a handwritten signature from you. You have two options here: complete the form, sign it and return it to us or submit the completed form online and we will then send it back for you to sign.

Note for customers of Cable TV providers

If you wish to change from a fixed-network line provided by a cable TV operator to Swisscom, you can retain your existing number.
