PIN- and PUK-Codes
The PIN code (PIN for short) prevents other people from using your mobile phone or accessing your details without your permission. The PUK code is used to unlock a SIM card for which the wrong PIN code has been entered three times. Both codes can be found in the documents for your NATEL® subscription or Easy package. If you can't find your PIN/PUK code, call our free Customer Services hotline on 0800 800 800 or go to your nearest Swisscom Shop for advice.
