Swisscom grants a two-year warranty on all iPhones purchased in the Swisscom Shop and the Swisscom Online Shop. If your iPhone is faulty simply return it together with the purchase receipt and the warranty certificate. Depending on the defect, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

Money-back warranty

Swisscom grants a money-back warranty on all purchases. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 14 days to the place where you bought it together with the original packaging plus the purchase receipt and warranty certificate.
