If you credit drops below CHF 3, we will notify you by text. You can also top up your credit by CHF 5 immediately by text. This is only possible if your credit is less than CHF 10.
Order an advancement of CHF 5
Send a free text stating ADVANCE to 444. We will bill you for this advancement including a service charge of CHF 0.50 the next time you top up your credit.
Deactivating/activating service
- To deactivate: Send a free text stating STOP ADVANCE to 444.
- To activate: Send a free text stating START ADVANCE to 444.
Check status
If you don’t know whether the service is activated or deactivated, send a free text stating STATUS ADVANCE to 444.
The credit advancement is restricted to customers over 18 (as registered.) All prices in CHF including VAT. Subject to change.
