- Customers with CPS (Carrier Preselection) with other providers (Sunrise, Orange, among others) also pay the connection fees of their respective provider. A form for cancelling CPS is provided when the Vivo Casa order is confirmed.
- The fixed network tariff options (the half-price subscriptions National, Combi, Mini-Combi and International, the chat subscription and the all-inclusive international subscription), Swisscom Together and static IP addresses cannot be combined with Vivo Casa.
- Switching on and off all additional services (call waiting, do not disturb, call forwarding, call back when busy and identification of the caller suppressed per call) is free of charge for Vivo Casa customers.
