Calls using cards

- All prices are in CHF including VAT as of 10 November 2010. Subject to change.
- Billing is in CHF 0.10 blocks.
- Free call forwarding to your own COMBOX®
- Customers with CPS (Carrier Preselection) with other providers (Sunrise, Orange, among others) also pay the connection fees of their respective provider. A form for cancelling CPS is provided when the Vivo Casa order is confirmed.
- The fixed network tariff options (the half-price subscriptions National, Combi, Mini-Combi and International, the chat subscription, the Evening- and Weekend Call International and the all-inclusive international subscription), Swisscom Together and static IP addresses cannot be combined with Vivo Casa.
- Switching on and off all additional services (call waiting, do not disturb, call forwarding, call back when busy and identification of the caller suppressed per call) is free of charge for Vivo Casa customers.
- You will use the new IP technology for making phone calls.
- You can continue to use your existing fixed line network devices as usual.
- Your existing telephone number remains valid.
- The modem (router) must always be switched on for outgoing calls. Incoming calls are forwarded to a number of your choice if the modem is switched off. WLAN can be switched off with a separate button.
- So-called "telealarm devices" cannot be used
- Remote powering of the end device is not possible (calls not possible in the event of power failure)
Please note:
if a switch is completed, the existing rental agreement for the device may be cancelled. In such a case, Swisscom will let you retain the device. It will not however provide any further maintenance or warranty services.
The following services cannot be used: connected line identification restriction or presentation, rejecting reverse charge calls, do not disturb, dial-up/surf tariffs, charges display during and at connection end, carrier preselection (the customer cannot preselect any telecommunications provider other than Swisscom), SLA Plus and SLA Premium, COLR (connected line identification restriction), COLP (connected line identification presentation), remote powering, call back when engaged, call forwarding, change of end device, telealarm, prevent call offering for non-authorised calls (PCONAC).
High-speed surfing
With this Internet subscription you can surf the web with up to 50'000 kbit/s, and when combined with the Option Rapido even with up to 100,000 kbit/s.
