COMBOX® abroad. On the road with COMBOX®.
When abroad, it is best to forward your calls directly to your COMBOX®. That way you can save on international connection fees from Switzerland to abroad.
Receive messages
You will incur high charges if someone leaves a message on your COMBOX® while you are abroad. This is because you have to pay for three international calls: For the call to your mobile phone (the caller is not charged for the international call to COMBOX®), for transferring the call from abroad to Switzerland and finally for your call to Switzerland to check the message.
Tip: Redirect all calls directly to your COMBOX®. Then you will only have to pay the connection fees within Switzerland.
Listen to messages
You can also listen to your COMBOX® messages while abroad. Simply call the COMBOX® number: +41 79 499 79 79.
Charges
If you listen to your COMBOX® messages while abroad, the normal connection fees within Switzerland will be charged, depending on the subscription.

You do not wish to be disturbed while on holiday and want to avoid additional charges? Simply deactivate the COMBOX®.
Tip: Don't forget to reactivate the COMBOX® when you are back in Switzerland.
