Our satellite telephony offers almost one hundred percent coverage in remote areas, in countries with poor, or no GSM coverage and on the open sea. In order to phone via the satellite network, you require a Swisscom NATEL® subscription as well as a satellite phone. Please note that communication via satellite phone only functions outdoors and provided that the transmission path from the mobile phone to the satellite is free of obstructions.
