Who can benefit from Europe Plus?

The Europe Plus option is especially useful for customers who regularly make calls abroad with their mobile. Use the table below to discover how much cheaper your calls could be with this Option, compared with standard prices for phoning countries abroad. Regardless of whether it is in one conversation or several different calls.

An example of the cost of calls to a country in Group 2:

You save money on calls to landline numbers which last longer than 10 minutes per month in total. You begin saving on all calls to a mobile network abroad as soon as you make calls lasting more than 17 minutes a month to that network.

The monthly fees of CHF 5.- for the Europe Plus option is charged every month automatically, until you cancel this option.**

Cancelling

Send a free SMS* with STOP AUSLAND to 444.

Europe Plus can be cancelled at any time. The cancelled option is deactivated at the end of the month and can be used till then. The last calendar month is therefore charged in full.

Conditions

You should have a NATEL® subscription (without Easy offer). Cannot be combined with NATEL® liberty primo, NATEL® liberty medio, NATEL® liberty largo, NATEL® BeFree, NATEL® liberty start, NATEL® liberty standard, NATEL® xtra liberty start, NATEL® xtra liberty primo, NATEL® xtra liberty medio, NATEL® xtra S, NATEL® xtra M and NATEL® xtra L.

*	Registering and cancelling the service while abroad costs CHF 0.40 per SMS.
**	If the registration for Europe Plus is made in the course of a month, then the first monthly fees is only charged pro rata.
