NATEL® easy customers over 18 years* of age can easily order a credit advancement: If you have to make an urgent call and notice that your Easy credit is less than CHF 10.-, we'll help with a credit advancement.

Send a free SMS containing the word
ADVANCE to
444.
You will be billed this advancement plus a service charge of CHF 0.50 the next time you top up your credit.
Deactivating/activating the service
To activate:
Send a free SMS with the words START ADVANCE to 444.
To deactivate:
Send a free SMS with the words STOP ADVANCE to 444.
Check status
If you do not know whether the service is activated or deactivated, send a free SMS with the words STATUS ADVANCE to 444.
Deactivate/activate SMS alarm
If your credit drops below CHF 3.-, we will automatically notify you via SMS about the credit advancement option.

To activate:
