HD guarantees a constant and true sound and picture quality. Even on the relatively small screen of the NATEL®, picture details (such as the puck in ice hockey) are clearly visible and text can be easily read.

If you want to use Swisscom TV mobile, your NATEL® must support Swisscom TV and be in the network coverage area. Swisscom TV mobile cannot be received from abroad.

Most new NATEL® are streaming-enabled, so can receive Swisscom TV mobile in standard quality. The Vodafone live! portal required for this is available almost everywhere in Switzerland.

To use Swisscom TV mobile in HD quality, you need to have a new HD-NATEL®. You also have to be in the new Swisscom DVB-H network coverage area. Outside this network, HD-NATEL® owners can also use the Vodafone live! portal to access Swisscom TV mobile.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime on the Vodafone live! portal under "My subscriptions". Another option is to send a free SMS to the number 888 with the password STOP SWISSCOMTV.
