To receive Zattoo HiQ, you require a VDSL-enabled connection (DSL standard, Infinity or Swisscom TV).

• If you have a DSL standard subscription, you can change to VDSL for free (if available). We also give you a 1 port ethernet router.
• Your connection is already equipped for VDSL if you have subscribed to Infinity or Swisscom TV.

Customers without VDSL can pay for the Zattoo range if they wish to receive the channels in better quality.

Swisscom customers with a VDSL connection get the 20 most important Zattoo channels for free in better quality (Zattoo HiQ).
