Protection of minors
Access to adult entertainment and erotic content is barred by default to all Swisscom customers under the age of 18. Business numbers (beginning with 0900, 0901, 0906) and SMS and MMS value-added services (entertainment, information services, voting, etc.) can be barred via the hotline. Swisscom customers under the age of 16 are blocked by default from accessing business numbers.
Fair Use Policy
NATEL® basic xtra-liberty, NATEL® swiss xtra-liberty, NATEL® swiss xtra-liberty plus and NATEL® easy xtra-liberty apply to normal voice telephone calls. In particular, regarding the use of the SIM card for device-device, direct dial and continuous connections, Swisscom Mobile reserves the right to assign you to another NATEL® service following appropriate prior notification.
