With NATEL® easy xtra-liberty you only pay CHF 0.80 per hour on the Swisscom NATEL® and fixed net-work and you get 25 free SMS per month. And the best thing is: There are no basic fees.

NATEL® easy prepaid cards must be registered in a Swisscom sales outlet. Please take along a valid passport or identity card (a driving licence is not accepted) to register in person.

Only persons under the age of 26 can be Xtra customers. Per customer, 1 NATEL® xtra data subscription can be activated. The customer may not provide this subscription to a third party for use.

Protection of minors

Access to adult entertainment and erotic content is barred by default to all Swisscom customers under the age of 18. Business numbers (beginning with 0900, 0901, 0906) and SMS and MMS value-added services (enter-tainment, information services, voting, etc.) can be barred via the hotline. Swisscom customers under the age of 16 are blocked by default from accessing business numbers.


Fair Use Policy

If usage deviates significantly from a fair level of usage for private purposes, Swisscom reserves the right to assign the customer another NATEL® product, or take other appropriate measures. In order to maintain quality of service for all customers, Swisscom will reduce the transmission speed if data traffic exceeds the monthly allowance of 2 GB, or take other appropriate measures.

* Domestic calls under five seconds to a COMBOX® or a voice mailbox in the fixed network (CH and LI)  are free of charge (excluding business numbers).

NATEL® easy data packages

The NATEL® easy data packages are recommended for occasional to regular surfing from 10 MB data transmission within 30 days. After the 30 day-period has elapsed, or once the data volume has been used up, the standard surfing tariff of CHF 1.00/MB applies (billing in 10 KB blocks).
